Dear friends, my name is Michael Hložek and I deal with the art photo. At the outset I would like to write a few lines about myself.

I probably inherited the „eye“ of a photographer form my father, who is a professional cameraman. However, my path to a true picture began only several years ago. Coincidentally, I got a chance to become a student of an art photographer, Mr. Jaroslav Kubik. I have been visiting Mr. Kubik´s studio and I learned not only technical things, but also to „ see the light“ as Mr. Kubik said.

Eventually I learned that it is not neccesary to ride to the breathtaking location, have a beautiful model or excellent equipment to make a good photography. There is plenty of beautiful, interesting things and people everywhere around us. All you need is to look properly and feel it, wait for the right light and composition. The opportunity to see things differently than others is what I love on the photography.
